These terms cover use of the Universal Beers website operated by Universal Beers Ltd. They are not your trading agreement: prices, credit and delivery for an approved account are set on that account.
- Who may use the site
- The site is for the licensed trade. You must be of legal drinking age in the UK to browse. Opening a trading account is subject to our review; approval is not automatic.
- Accounts and orders
- You are responsible for keeping sign-in details safe and for orders placed on your account. Availability and prices shown to an approved account reflect warehouse systems at the time; they can change before an order is confirmed.
- Content and trademarks
- Site copy, layout and brand assets belong to us or our licensors. Product brands belong to their owners. Do not scrape, republish or misuse the catalogue.
- Liability
- We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Trading claims follow your account terms and the order record.
