Questions, answered
Who can open a trade account?
We supply pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, events and clubs, and retail — the licensed trade, not the public. The application takes around ten minutes, a manager reviews it, and trade prices appear the moment it is approved.
Where do you deliver?
Across the West Midlands, the North West and the South West, 6 days a week, on our own vans and with our own drivers. Each area has its delivery days; order before 4pm and it goes out on the next one.
What can I order?
Beer, cider, wine, spirits, RTDs, soft drinks and water, plus cellar gas, bar supplies, disposables and cleaning. Availability is live — what the catalogue shows is what the warehouse can load.
How does the app work?
It is the same account as the website, on your phone: the full range with live availability, your basket, your order history and every invoice. Approved accounts see their own prices in both places.
Can I reorder previous orders?
Yes. Everything you have bought before is one tap away, and a previous order can be repeated and edited rather than rebuilt line by line.
How do I contact support?
Call 0800 772 3377 during opening hours and the person who answers can see your account and your order, or email info@universalbeers.co.uk. Delivery problems are best reported from the order itself, so they reach the warehouse with the order attached.
